A few of us gathered to help Frank celebrate and carbo-load at Da Francos 
(where else?) prior  to his first ever flight next Thursday to Australia to visit 
his son Peter and tour for a month

Peter Aclands bold attempt to get 12 men to run at Bradford foundered on Friday night - 

              

              

              
it has been many years since we fielded a 12 stage team -but some of us decided to run any way.

              

              

              
Paul Williamson was the pick of our men and Phil Lee ran well despite putting in some monster miles in 

              

              

              
his preparation for London marathon with a 3hr run planned for today. 

              

              

              
Similarly our ladies normally our strong suite did not manage to field a full team.
