Registration - at Ambleside Rugby Club from about 10.30hrs. Changing and showers - limited parking so please car share if possible.

Entry - �3 includes soup, roll and flapjack, tea or maybe coffee after. Bar is usually open too.

Start - footbridge over the Rothay (Grid Ref NY 371 047) Finish in Rothay park - just over the footbridge on right!

Checkpoints - Loughrigg summit - Silver Howe summit and Loughrigg summit AND Lily Tarn (NY 366 040) on return - should all be manned but Lily Tarn may have an O kite and punch. Some PBS/Harvey maps will be available to buy on the day at �2.

Although fairly low key and not in the Handbook, Brox asks for full kit as per FRA Rules: waterproof jacket, windproof trousers, plus hat and gloves. Please be sensible, its February!
