We are a small friendly Athletics Club centred on the lovely market town of Kendal in South Lakeland Cumbria and surrounded by some of the best terrain for running in the country. We participate in track & field, fell, cross country and road. Athletes, joggers and walkers of all ages and ability are welcome. Have a look round our site, then come and join us for a run.

The Club has two places for the 2009 London Marathon, if any one is interested please contact David Moffett ASAP!
The draw for places will be held at the Club Committee meeting on Monday 1st December.
